Comment : They always call and explain what is wrong and how much it's going to cost before they proceed. Staff is always friendly and answer all my questions. They are the only repair shop I trust with my vehicles.

Comment : My Sienna has over 203,xxx miles on it. I took it to A-1 for an overall inspection and to deal with some issues I was having with it in hopes that I could get at least another 100,000 miles out of this vehicle. After the inspection and test drives, I was informed what should be done. Everything was explained fully. And I'm sure this would have cost much more at the dealer, who disappointed me by not alerting me to some of the issues found.

Comment : Exceptional customer service. Had a noise coming from my trucks front end. Dropped by A1 late in the day just before closing. Mechanic listened to the noise and knew what it was right away. Easy fix and took care of me on the spot. I would recommend A1 to anyone.

Comment : I made an appointment there to get an alignment done. I scheduled it at their appointed time a few days in advance. I was told it would be done by 1230 on a Friday afternoon. I had to call them at 3:45 and was told they weren't able to do the job on that day. First they said they were having problems with another truck and then later said they were unable to do the alignment because the ball joints were bad. That would have been a valid reason had they called and explained that when they noticed. This was a commercial work truck. STAY AWAY They are not professional at all

Comment : if I could give zero stars I would!! Horrible service and even worse customer service. Just absolutely ugly in every sense. made an apt to have an alignment done and they kept the vehicle all day long. I had to call at 3:30(they stop doing alignments at 4) and ask for an update and they then told me that they hadn't gotten to get to my vehicle at all that day. I went to pick my vehicle up and they had moved my vehicle and diagnosed something else was wrong and stated they couldn't fix it. I asked why they hadn't been able to get the alignment done but had moved the vehicle and diagnosed something else entirely; each person gave a different excuse. I missed an entire days worth of work waiting for my vehicle to be done and they couldn't even give me a courtesy call and let me know what was going on.

Comment : I've been coming here to A1 for more than 20 years. They always take great care of my car. They know what they're doing. Always get it done fast. And, most of all, they are honest. I do t take my vehicle anywhere else.
