Comment : They found my problem quickly and fixed it. Took about 4 days of waiting, though. I am givig a low score because they informed me I had an exhaust leak and quoted me 1550 fo the catalytic converter, muffler, oxygen sensors, etc... I took it to another place and they just replaced the piece of pipe that was leking and only charged me 150. They tried to rip me off pretty hard. Thankfully they did not succeed because I'm a single mom and a nursing student and need as much of my paycheck that I can keep. Very disappointed because years ago they were not that kind of shop.
My response: No one asked me or gave me a choice or explained any of that at the time. I never spoke to a mechanic, nothing. You can give an explaination now when perhaps you should have done it then.
Also, I wasn't upset about the time it took, I just mentioned it. That was a very defensive reply to my critique. I just told the truth. People can make better informed decisions when given knowledge.

Comment : We had A1 Auto Repair replace our rear brake pads and rotors, got an oil change and fix a burned out bulb. Reasonable price and good service. Highly recommend.

Comment : A friend recommended A-1 Auto. My vehicle had numerous issues, one of them requiring urgent repair. They got me in promptly, ordered the parts and had it returned to me in a couple of days. Pricing on everything was what I had anticipated. Staff who answered the phone were always very pleasant and provided updates. I would not hesitate to bring any of vehicles here if needed.

Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

Comment : Always informative about the issue of the cars & or van and the price to fix before they fix it. Any questions answered honestly ad have always had good results.
