They wanted to run their "Diagnostic" to make more money for something so minor and trivial. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. Luckily I found another shop up the road they did it for free!!!! But I tipped them $50. I'm too far to check in The service at this place was terrible. To change a battery, they wanted to charge a whopping 75 dollars, claiming that's what the book says. That's absolutely ridiculous, and they're fully aware of it. Needless to say, neither I nor anyone I know will be going there for any kind of service.
