Comment : Was on a road trip from Florida up to New York blew fuse in my dodge ram, had no heat car charger or radio, asked for them to help they said i was going to have to wait till after lunch which was 4 hours for a 1 minute job. Luckily I found another shop up the road they did it for free!!!! But I tipped them $50. Glad I found another place besides this one.

Comment : I had my daughter’s car towed there after it broke down. Another local shop had told me there wasn’t a problem. Fast easy fix. I started taking the suv there. They do great work. Their prices are reasonable.

Comment : We where an hour & half away from home and on our way for a vacation and we had some break problems and they got us in rite away. We couldn't thank them enough for what they did for us. If we lived up here I would be taking all our vehicles there. Customer service was wonderful and we recommend taking your vehicle there. They deserve more then 5 stars

Comment : Send this to Yelp. I'm too far to check in The service at this place was terrible. To change a battery, they wanted to charge a whopping 75 dollars, claiming that's what the book says. That's absolutely ridiculous, and they're fully aware of it. Needless to say, neither I nor anyone I know will be going there for any kind of service. I don't care if they have high ratings for their work; I suppose they're desperate for cash. Please make it make sense!

Comment : The only place in Fredericksburg that does appointments! They work with your schedule as other places don't and they turn you away if they're too booked up.

They have really good hardworking staff and they are able to get your car taken care of. No upselling! Just straight to the point with trying to get you and your vehicle out. They just recommend things for your vehicle which they can take care of and give an estimate for example. Which is greatly appreciated. Also nothing about getting their store credit card unlike other places that push that Non-Stop. Definitely recommend!!!!!! Such a great experience.

It felt like a breath of fresh air when I had went in yesterday. They do both Emissions and State Inspections which other places are hit and miss if they can do both it's usually one or the other. I will definitely be coming back. Most customers recommend them than any other repair facility.

Don't miss out on this hidden gem of a place :)

Comment : Had a pre purchase inspection done at this shop and they completely dropped the ball. Overlooked many issues with the vehicle and charged $150. Firestone found many issues for just $10, I can't speak for their maintenance work but don't trust them to make sure you are buying what you're being sold
