Comment : I had a terrible Inspection experience with this place trying to make more money by purposely failing my car inspection so I could pay more than $20. They wanted to run their "Diagnostic" to make more money for something so minor and trivial. Something anyone, a non-mechanic, could have fixed if they really tried.

The manager seems mad that they can only charge $20 by law for the state-mandated car inspections.

It's not the customers' fault...

*There are more honest shops around with better facilities and attitudes, like having more parking space & stellar mechanics.

Also they will return your car back to you dirty and with scratches.

I'm not taking my car back to this place!

Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

Comment : Was on a road trip from Florida up to New York blew fuse in my dodge ram, had no heat car charger or radio, asked for them to help they said i was going to have to wait till after lunch which was 4 hours for a 1 minute job. Luckily I found another shop up the road they did it for free!!!! But I tipped them $50. Glad I found another place besides this one.

Comment : I had my daughter’s car towed there after it broke down. Another local shop had told me there wasn’t a problem. Fast easy fix. I started taking the suv there. They do great work. Their prices are reasonable.

Comment : We where an hour & half away from home and on our way for a vacation and we had some break problems and they got us in rite away. We couldn't thank them enough for what they did for us. If we lived up here I would be taking all our vehicles there. Customer service was wonderful and we recommend taking your vehicle there. They deserve more then 5 stars

Comment : Send this to Yelp. I'm too far to check in The service at this place was terrible. To change a battery, they wanted to charge a whopping 75 dollars, claiming that's what the book says. That's absolutely ridiculous, and they're fully aware of it. Needless to say, neither I nor anyone I know will be going there for any kind of service. I don't care if they have high ratings for their work; I suppose they're desperate for cash. Please make it make sense!
