Eddie is raising his family to take over his business and they are serious about establishing a good professional reputable business. The car was delivered when promised and runs like a gem I definitely will return to them for all my Jaguar needs!

Comment : I just recently had my 40,000 mile 2021 Volkswagen Jetta serviced at a certified Volkswagen dealer where they quoted me 125% more for a rear break job than A CERTIFIED AUTOWORK INC did.I can honestly say from beginning to end this is one of the best service experiences I have ever had. I dropped it off on a Thursday evening, got a call 45 minutes later letting me know the diagnosis and their opinion and by 9am Friday morning my car was ready. Comment : This car repair shop INTENTIONALLY messed up my car. I m literally waiting for the tow truck as we speak. This is the second time my car broke down in the last 3 days. I brought my car in to deal with a simple leak. After paying over $1500 to fix it (by the way there is a $60 fee to pay with credit card which should have been a red flag. They really want to discourage you from that because you can reverse charges that way). I got the car back and assumed the leaking was fixed A few days later we noticed the car was STILL leaking. So I brought the car back in and told them. They looked at it and called me saying it was a DIFFERENT leak this time. They asked me if I wanted a quote and that it would take them a day to fix. I was upset and told them it s unfair to ask for more money when I already paid $1500 for the leaks to be fixed. After some back and forth they begrudgingly agreed. But then like an hour later they called us back and said the car was ready to be picked up. Which I thought was strange since they previously told us it would take a day to fix. I picked up the car and when I drove it on the freeway it immediately felt weird. I called my husband and said you don t think they would have done something to the car do you? 2 days later my car broke down on the freeway which was terrifying. The car just completely died on the highway and the hood started smoking. Then two days later the car broke down AGAIN!!! 7 years no problems with my car and a few DAYS out of this shop and my car is now completely DEAD. This is beyond unethical and after I finish typing this message I m writing to the Better Business Bureau to report them. They intentionally put me in danger. These people are criminals. Do NOT go here.

Comment : I took my Mustang GT to get my clutch changed. I took all the parts as well. Firstly they didn't put my clutch fluid line in properly and 2 days later the line fell out and I was stuck on the road with stuff in my car going to vacation and this whole time it's been about 8 months since I had it changed that sometimes my shifter would have a lot of dead play and I would struggle to put it in reverse and then out of nowhere it would get fixed until today it became loose again and I lost my reverse completely. So I started to take down all the components from the shifter just to find out that they forgot to tighten my linkage bolt that connects the shifter to the transmission.
