Eddie talks and jokes - but he is the biggest lier. He creates work. Overcharges. And my own mechanic who sent us to him, has promised to never send any more customers to him. He saw his shabby work with the bad seals (after $5.5k expenses) and said he did a terrible job after two rounds. Like many others on here, I also brought my Audi to be serviced as the acceleration was choppy and the check engine light was on. Eddie then called me the next day informing me that while they were running tests on the car, the timing chain broke and the car was completely un-drivable. They then offered to fix it for $2,8000 and it ended up being $5,500. Upon completion, when I picked it up, it had no gas in it and a terrible leak that has since made a mess of my driveway. I called the owner and he claimed there were no leaks when they finished servicing the car, yet I noticed the leaking immediately as I got home. I took it back in to have it fixed and they informed me it had been fixed, yet the leaking has continued. Overall I feel very dissatisfied with the service I received. 1 Reviews Nicole m. I went there frustrated by my experience with a different mechanic but Eddie gave me a sense of calm after I told him what I had been through for two weeks with that other business I left my car with him Monday and the next day he told me it's a purge valve and detective pump. I'm like finally some answers! I feel like it was a decent price as well. He even fixed some other small issues like my parking sensor. By Thursday morning I had Pearl (my car) back and she was riding like a new car. I felt like he gave her a tune up too. lol. My Audi A4 for several months was having a problem with a clutch slave cylinder leaking fluid. Despite that, the car was in good driving condition. Recently, I took my car for a repair to A Certified AutoWorks and asked them to replace a clutch slave cylinder with a new clutch slave cylinder (I provided them BOSCH slave cylinder). They called me later to inform that the BOSCH slave cylinder I provided is not the correct part and that they can order the right part fitting my car SACHS SH6546 for $260.00. I check the price for SACHS SH6546 on line and discovered that the part they are offering me for $260.00 available for as low as $27.00. I told A Certified AutoWorks that I would provide them the same part next morning When I delivered the SACHS part A Certified Autoworks told me that the part I delivered is the correct part. After the repair job by A Certified AutoWorks was completed, I was experiencing sometimes difficulty with shifting the transmission gears. Few days ago, I was driving on the Freeway and experienced serious shifting problem. I exited freeway and barely drove the car to the nearest gas station. I tried to start the car and when I pressed the clutch pedal, the clutch pedal collapsed and I could not drive the car anymore. I called AAA tow services and asked to tow the car to A Certified Autoworks location. While waiting for the tow track to arrive I called Certified Autoworks to inform them about the problem with the clutch pedal. They told me over the phone without even checking what went wrong with the car clutch pedal that they are not going to fix my car anymore sine the SACHS slave cylinder part I provided was a defective part. In that case, if the part was made by a bad quality brand, why in the first place they offered me the same part for a $260.00 and if part was defective why they installed the part? Is this a negligence or premeditated effort by the Certified Autoworks to force the customer to pay for the same work twice? Avoid this shop if you can. I dropped it off on a Thursday evening, got a call 45 minutes later letting me know the diagnosis and their opinion and by 9am Friday morning my car was ready.
