Comment : Can not say enough good things about A&L collision! My car looks better than before my accident and I received it back before I was told it would be ready. They came and towed it from my house and were very professional and reassured me everything would be handled right. They handled everything with their insurance company and text me along the way to keep me updated every step of the way. HIGHLY recommend them if you are ever in an accident. Comment : First off let me start this by saying I don't leave reviews much, as a matter of fact I think this is my fist one, but the quality of service I received was absolutely horrible and the prices I was quoted seemed very competitive because I did shopping around, and read a ton of reviews on different shops I could have used for my repairs, but after all said and done I ended up having to spend almost twice as much for the repairs because I had to take it to another shop to get the work I payed A and L collision to do, all redone. And when I talked to the owner of A and L "Nate", about how unhappy I was with the quality of the repairs and even pointed out the very obvious mistakes that were made he even agreed with me that the work was poorly done, but then our conversation took a turn for the worst after he stated to me that in order to fix errors I would be charged once again for materials and labor but of course at a discounted price. I trusted this company with a vehicle I hold close to my heart because it is a classic that has been passed down from my grandfather, to my father and then to me. There were welds used that looked like they were performed by a blind man that wouldn't stand the test of time and looked like they would fail as soon as I drove the vehicle down the road. Patch work that when looked at in daylight obviously wernt finished right and stuck out like a sore thumb. Then I don't know what kind of color shot they used to determine the colors to use but they most definitely were not the same color of the original coat and when looking straight at it or from an angle you could spot the fish eye throughout the whole job. Upon further investigation because I planned on filling a complaint or possibly lawsuit I found out that the most probable reason I received the workmanship that I did is because of how he treats and withholds income from his employees. No wonder my vehicle looked the way it did when I went to pick it up. If he would treat his employees with alittle bit of respect and most importantly pay them for their work mabye he would be able to hire individuals with better experience and that take pride in the work that they pride theirselves in. Until this man learns how to run a business and learns proper human relation skills, please take my advice and choose another reputable auto repair company. You would be doing yourself and your hard earned money a huge favor by doing so!!! I don't know how in the world this company got so many great reviews. Just goes to show that you can't always believe what you read, it's your responsibility to go the extra mile and find out more before trusting someone with you most cherished belongs. I hope this shines the light and helps the next potential victim from becoming just that, another upsed, disappointed customer that will end up spending more money then anticipated. Comment : Fast, honest and the best work anywhere around here. I was told it will take a week to fix everything. I took my car in on Tuesday and picked it up two days later. Absolutely the place for auto body repairs. Will never use anyone else. The owner is a good man with great integrity.

Comment : These guys are so awesome!! It was after hours and I had popped two tires. It happened not far from their shop so I called them and Nate brought a trailer and and took my car back to the shop. The next day I brought them two tires and Nate had me fixed up in no time.
