Comment : This auto shop cannot be trusted. Had gone to them to get some work done on my truck, these people will nickel and dime you for every little thing from "Perform Drive Cycle and Monitor Relearn Procedure" which they don't do because when you take your vehicle to get smogged? Surprise, none of your sensors are working. When you question them about the part they replaced because a different issue arose from the last time they "fixed" your vehicle but the issue is related to the part they replaced? "Oh we didn't check that when we did our diagnostics." These people are dishonest, Mitchell has no integrity or honor. Do yourself a favor, save your money and find somewhere else to get your vehicle fixed.

Comment : Went in for a ppi (pre purchase inspection) and they were very inviting and informative about the whole interaction. I love their diagnostic system that gets texted to your phone so that you can easily go back and review all the information.

Comment : Mitchell and his team always come in clutch. I've been taking my car to their shop for about a year now, and every time they work on it, I can feel the difference in how it drives. I really appreciate them keeping my car running strong, especially with the high mileage. Whenever I bring up a concern, they take the time to check it out and come back with honest solutions. I never feel pressured to add unnecessary services. Before this, I used to take my car to the dealership, and it always felt like they weren't fixing the actual issue. I kept getting the runaround, especially with my check engine light, it would come on with no real solution. Since I've been maintaining my car here, everything has been consistent and reliable, and I haven't had any dashboard lights come back.
