Comment : If no stars were thats what I would give them. First no parking because all junk cars, absolutely unacceptable. Might even be an ordinance violation, will be checking on that. As a woman I will NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION! There is no need for rudeness.

Comment : Gas station math: when the average american grocery bill is $300 and your a gas station that participates in giant rewards so you hike up your price per gallon by .30 compared to other local gas stations, including the shell just .3 miles away because your right next to giant. Lol

Comment : Today 10-16-2023 at about 10:15 am i was at the gas station Shell gas station on N. Rolling rd in Catonsville, right across the street from Giant. Kindly enough they leave a air hose out so folks can get free air in their tires at any time. Well, today as i was putting air in my tire, right outside the door of the service doors. A elderly lady ( easily in her 80s) with a real blue handi-cap plague hanging from her rear view mirror, pulls up, winds down he passenger side window and says to tech " good morning sir, can someone please help me with putting air in my tire". The service guy looks at her like was bothered and annoyed, yells our " the air hose is right there". I was in shock for a second. I lady smiles says "Thank you anyway" . She pulls up closer to me and asked the same thing. I replied with "absolutely ma'am, give me one second". I finished checking my last tire, then i went over to her window and said " im sorry they treated you that way "and she said " aww ...its ok, maybe he was busy and having a bad morning and besides God put you here for me, not him" After i checked all her tires with my pressure gauge, she tried to give me money. I said absolutely not. As she pulled away apparently another gentleman saw what happened and seemed to be equally appalled. Its time like this i feel really blessed . At the end of the day maybe the tech was having bad morning. However, we gotta do better, sir. The only reason i didn't go inside and make matters worse is because how sweet and forgiving that lady was. Thank you Ma'am for the sweetest lesson.

The only reason i didn't go inside and make matters worse is because how sweet and forgiving that lady was.

Comment : Wont sign my repair order. Told me take it to the state police. For no apparent reason. Rude, told me I failed my inspection before even looking at my car. And I got my inspection done right after by someone else.

Comment : Huge shout out to the young man running the station by himself late Saturday afternoon on 8/19/23. My son was gassing up his car when he saw that his splash shield had fallen on the front of his Nissan and was dragging the ground. We had just missed the mechanic who had left for the day. The remaining employee locked the office with a sign that he'd be back in a minute and helped us temporarily secure the splash guard so he could drive home until Monday when the mechanics are available. This young man was so kind! The ground was hot and he had to lay down on the asphalt to help us. We just moved to Catonsville & will only buy our gas there from now on. Exceptional staff.
