Comment : Did a great job. They put crash tape on the back window on Friday morning, till they could get the right one in. Then Monday 7 am they put the new one in.

Comment : Wouldn't trust them to install plexiglass in my kids hotwheel. After multiple attempts and 2 windshields later I still kringe looking at the small dent they left and all the chipped paint around my windshield. 2nd attempt at fixing my windshield, they didn't buy oem parts like my insurance company paid them to do and they spray bombed color matched paint to a cheap aftermarket piece of molding instead of buying the oem one they were paid to get. Stay away

Comment : I had my windshield replaced, and they could not get it to recalibrate. I had to take it to the Nissan dealership, and they tried to calibrate it and couldnt. They looked at it, and needless to say, 3D broke the clip the camera sits in and never said anything. After taking it through my insurance again, they told me via phone they would replace the windshield and make it correct. 4 weeks later, I was told by the secretary that the windshield was in after calling numerous times. I took the vehicle up and had the windshield replaced, I thought. Once I received the vehicle back, I took it to Nissan to get my annual inspection that was due. I asked them to inspect the camera to ensure it was installed properly. Upon inspection, 3D used a urethane to essentially (glue) the camera where it needed to be because the clip was broke. The owner told me that this is the way every glass place is doing it. My question is, if it's the way they are all doing it, why wasn't it done that way the first time? Needless my insurance company sent out a adjuster and he took photos and even stated it was incorrect. So now I am getting another windshield on our 2023 vehicle. I will never take any vehicle to 3D again.
