Comment : I completely trust the work done at First Stop. If they inform me that a particular repair is needed I do not question them but agree to have it done. This is not true of all auto repair shops.

Comment : They do good job and have now twice fixed recurring issues on my car that no other shop caught. Lesson learned to start here. Get your car in first thing when they open and you’re likely to get it back by the end of the day. They stay busy because they do solid work.

Comment : 1st Stop should be your 1st stop for Auto Care needs. They are honest and knowledgeable and really care about the customer experience. Recently, I had to take my vehicle back several times for an ongoing issue (not their fault or lack of skill) and they were diligent and thorough each and every time. Shawn and Chris are great communicators and keep you informed every step of the way. We had another major repair on a different vehicle last year and received excellent service then as well. Consistency and honesty is rare folks-take your car here.

Comment : Brought my fairly new car here to get a second opinion on what another POPULAR auto car center told me. Quoted me 1200 for new brakes and rotors to resolve the noise I heard, but I followed my gut and checked out 1st stop after only to be told that it was rust. I did not need new brakes or rotors, everything was fine with my car. Comment : Honesty is everything, and it's why this place is doing so well. They don't do unnecessary repairs, and they're the perfect place to go after the car dealer's service shop tells you that you need a bunch of repairs. In my case, $2k worth of "urgent" recommended repairs were, in reality, a need for rear brake pads and nothing else.Go here first if you want good, honest service at fair prices.Honesty is everything, and it's why this place is doing so well.
