Comment : I'm a retired, handicapped woman who drives a 24 year-old Saab. 101 European has taken care of my car for 10 years. The guys there make sure it's a safe and reliable ride. They explain what they need to do and why. I trust them wholeheartedly to do what's necessary and to let me know when it's time to let the car go.

Comment : these guys are awesome. First time using them. Came in with a complex situation on my car that other mechanics couldn't fix. They jumped right on it and didnt give me any attitude like other shops might even though they are obviously very busy.  Smirnoff is clearly a highly skilled mechanic with vast experience on higher end imports. I will definitely be coming back!

*Bonus, they gave my car a great car wash!

Comment : This repair shop is full of scam artists. I took my old Honda to them because they claim to have an expert on staff. I paid almost $ 3000 for them to "fix" my burnt valve. In 4000 miles, the same exact problem happened again in the same cylinder! I returned to them, they wouldn't warranty anything, and they were going to charge me another $3000 to " fix" it again. I took it a reputable shop. They informed me that the first shop misaligned the timing belt when in the engine, which caused the valve to burn out again. Don't trust 101 European to fix anything correctly.
