Comment : I have had my vehicle in their body shop on three different occasions. All three were accidents that weren't my fault. After one of the several day stints in the body shop, they called me and told me the vehicle was finished and ready for pick up. I live nearby so I hurried to pick it up because I needed to pick up my grandchildren from daycare. I asked both the service guy and receptionist exactly when I would be getting it, informing them that I needed to pick up my grandchildren. I was told it would be out front in a few minutes. I waited and waited and waited and kept asking where the vehicle was. At one point, the front desk person told me they were washing it. I asked why did you call me and say that it was ready for pick up when it wasn't? No answer. I explained AGAIN that I had to pick up my grandchildren from daycare. They kept saying just a few minutes. In all, I waited over an hour for my vehicle that was "ready to pick up." Finally, if I hadn't left at that point, I wouldn't have been able to pick up my grandchildren at their release time. So I was forced to leave without my vehicle and had to return the next day to pick up my car. My complaint is do NOT tell your customer your vehicle is ready for pick up when IT IS NOT! Call when it's actually done. It was very irritating, and in my estimation, poor customer service. On a positive note, the body work was well done.

Comment : I love this shop! Anytime I’m in an accident. This is where I take my vehicle and I am always satisfied with the work and the results the ease of transferring into a rental and out of a rental is also great. Highly recommended!

Comment : Took our 2024 Mazda Cx-5 for repairs after being hit in the rear in June. Now it is December and it’s still not fixed correctly. First the lift gate wouldn’t shut now it leaks water all through my cargo everytime it rains/ snow. we are being passed back and forth between the collision shop and parts department at Cochran Mazda. All I want is my vehicle to be fixed!

Comment : We recent had the front bumper fixed on our car at Body by Cochran and the entire experience was very good! The staff was extremely helpful during the whole process! Kristina provided us with updates the whole time and we even got our car back earlier than anticipated!! Plus its back to looks new again!!

Comment : My car looks just like it did when it came out of the showroom 2.5 years ago. The staff was exceptional in communicating with me throughout the process. They are very well organized, customer oriented and great at what they do!
