Comment : my car was very badly damaged from a deer accident, and when I got my car back it looked brand new, like nothing ever happened. They vaccumed it out and washed it, which I did not even expect! Everyone was so nice and accomodating. I felt like I was taken care of and taken advantage of. I was so upset about my car accident but they put my mind at ease, kept me informed the whole time, and I could not have been happier with my experience!

Comment : The work is very thorough get your car back as if it just came off the lot first time driving the friendly respectful if need be there's two rental car agents right inside and I must say Jeff he's the man up there very thorough resourceful knowledgeable he cares about his work cares about your car your repairs and your safety he gets it done that's that dude right there he need cloned and placed in all the other body shops!!!

Comment : I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received at #1 Cochran Collision. I brought my vehicle in on Monday, expecting a timely and professional repair process. Instead, I experienced a series of failures that reflect inexcusable mismanagement and a lack of technical capability.

Despite receiving status texts implying that work was progressing smoothly, I later found out that no work even began until Wednesday—two full days after I dropped off the car. This lack of transparency is completely unacceptable.

I was told the vehicle would be completed by Friday, a timeline they themselves set. When I arrived to pick up my car, it was not ready, and worse—they had to send it to the dealership because they were unable or unqualified to perform the necessary repairs. That is a clear admission of either incompetence or a misleading assessment of their own capabilities.

To add insult to injury, no one from the team took accountability or even had the professionalism to notify me promptly about these delays or the outsourcing of work. I had to chase down information and ask for updates—despite their automated updates falsely suggesting everything was “on track.”

This experience was a waste of time, filled with misleading communication, zero urgency, and no regard for the customer experience. For a company that markets itself as “#1”, this was a failure on every level.

I will be filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and I strongly urge others to think twice before trusting Body by Cochran with your vehicle. If you can’t meet a deadline or complete basic repairs, you have no business calling yourself a collision center.
