Comment : I really appreciated the experience. It was very convenient rental cars hertz and Enterprise were on site. The communication about the repair was very consistent and I am pleased with the outcome of the repair.

Comment : They do their job here, and they do it well. The communication is usually pretty great, but they seem to have been busier this season than last season when I used them for repairs (I probably shouldn't need to require the services of a body shop every season... let's call it "market research," ok?). I'm taking that as a good sign and knocking off only one star. They do their job here, and they do it well. Comment : Repair involved minor paint scratches on passenger side rear door and panel behind it. 22 days to complete. The other guy's insurance paid and BOY did they pay: almost $1,500 for rental car, Nearly 1,400 for a "windshield calibration" even their service manager could not justify. A towing charge? and a suspension alignment? for a slow-speed incident that didn't even dent the body. In total - nearly $5K bill. And we wonder why our insurance rates keep climbing. Sorry the rating system won't let me choose less than zero.Repair involved minor paint scratches on passenger side rear door and panel behind it. 22 days to complete.
