Comment : Our new Mercedes (500 miles on it) was broadsided by an uninsured motorist. We had just under $26,000 damage but our insurance company would not total it.
I certainly had my hesitation on the ability to fix it. Cochran did a nice job coordinating the repairs with Mercedes, each doing part of the job. First impression is the car looks good, undetectable so far. The interior was cleaned to a 500 mile car standard, looked good.
I guess time will tell on the repair, but I recommend them based on our experience. If something changes after we have it a while I will update the review.

Comment : My Model S Tesla was involved in a front-end collision covered by my insurance. Body by Cochran is Tesla authorized east of Pittsburgh. They arranged the towing of my car to their shop the very day that I called them. Within 48 hours they had the preliminary estimate to me via email. They estimated the work would take 3 weeks. My car was ready for pickup in 23 days. Daniel Keller kept me informed along the way and approved my request for an additional favor. The bumper and grill work were done totally to my satisfaction. To my pleasure and surprise, the exterior of whole car was superbly cleaned and detailed. The winter had taken it's toll on the rocker panels and lower doors and fenders with much grime accumulated. My Model S looked showroom clean when I picked it up. I would recommend Body by Cochran to any Tesla owner east of Allegheny county. Kudos for the superb work!

Comment : We were in a car accident while visiting from out of town. Our car was not drivable, so we had to choose a local body shop for repairs. The end result of the repairs was outstanding!!!

Comment : My vehicle was rear ended but still drivable. I made one phone call to my insurance company, the only call I had to make. Patty from Cochran set up the dates and times including having the car rental company pick me up at the Cochran repair shop. Chris did the estimate and suggested I keep driving it until he got all the parts in and to make sure none of them where damage. All I had to do was make that one phone call, get the estimate, drop off and pick up my repaired vehicle. And my vehicle was super clean inside and out when I got it back.
