Comment : We were in a car accident while visiting from out of town. Our car was not drivable, so we had to choose a local body shop for repairs. The end result of the repairs was outstanding!!!

Comment : My vehicle was rear ended but still drivable. I made one phone call to my insurance company, the only call I had to make. Patty from Cochran set up the dates and times including having the car rental company pick me up at the Cochran repair shop. Chris did the estimate and suggested I keep driving it until he got all the parts in and to make sure none of them where damage. All I had to do was make that one phone call, get the estimate, drop off and pick up my repaired vehicle. And my vehicle was super clean inside and out when I got it back. Comment : I wouldn't recommend this body shop to my worst enemy. If you can get past the lack of communication, poor workmanship, then know you won't have your car back for at least 6 weeks.

Comment : I brought my car in for repairs after a collision on 11/12. The original estimated completion date was 11/30. I had little to no communication about the progress of my vehicle until I called on 12/2 for an update, and I was told that a wrong part had been delivered. The deadline was then pushed back to 12/6. I did receive two messages updating the progress saying the car was moving to painting and was on track to be completed by the due date. 12/6 comes around, and I hear nothing from the shop. Again, I had to call towards the end of the day to see when I would be able to pick up my car. I was then told there was another delay and that it had not gone to paint yet and the date would be pushed back yet again to 12/10. This was NEVER communicated with me until I reached out. 12/10 comes around, again, I hear nothing from the shop. I had to call. AGAIN I was told my deadline would be pushed back to 12/11 and that my car would be assembled prior to lunch, ready for pick up by the end of the day. I did receive a call at 4pm on 12/11 that my car still was not ready and we would need to push the deadline back a fourth time. I was told on the final pick up date that I would receive a call at lunchtime letting me know that my vehicle was ready. I never received this call and had to reach out myself, at 3:15pm, to inquire about it. All of the ???finishing touches??? that needed to be done hadn???t been started yet, even though I was told they would be done in the morning. The ending midday pickup turned into 5pm.As far as service goes, the repairs made were great, and the car came back clean. I understand when delays happen, but it was the lack of communication of problems and knowledge of timelines that was incredibly frustrating to work with and, in my opinion, extremely unprofessional.I brought my car in for repairs after a collision on 11/12. Comment : Very bad on communication and keep changing the pickup date ! Over 36 days I was without my vehicle!!! Terrible customer service !! Do not recommend
